Roasted Veggies
I love roasting my veggies in the oven. A little drizzle of balsamic and a sprinkling of salt, pepper, and rosemary is all you need. Today I roasted some leeks, sweet potato, and brussel sprouts. How can anyone hate brussel sprouts when they're made this way??? Gotta love 'em!
